A headless body of a woman has been discovered

HAZYVIEW – A headless body of a woman has been discovered. Mpumalanga police spokesman Sgt Gerald Sedibe said the body was discovered on Wednesday morning.

He said a primary schoolgirl walking on her way to school discovered the body in the bushes nearby a stream in Ivory Village.

Media on the scene  had reported that the police had stated at the time of the discovery, that the body was already so badly decomposed and could not be identified as yet.

They had also reported that the body was apparently separated a meter from its head.

Sedibe urged anyone  with  information about the woman  to contact the  local police.

He also confirmed police were still investigating into the death of the woman.  “An inquest has been opened.”

Police could not confirm as yet if the death had to do with muti purposes.
