Porn case is postponed yet again

The Barberton couple accused of child pornography with their own seven-year-old daughter appeared in court last week.

MBOMBELA – The Barberton couple accused of child pornography with their own seven-year-old daughter appeared in court last week.

They appeared in the Nelspruit District Court on Thursday on charges of possession, grooming for sexual purposes and manufacturing and distribution of child pornography.

The case was postponed to October 31 for more psychiatric evaluation reports on the parents and the child.

Previously, it was reported that the couple were caught with an alleged explicit pornographic video of their seven-year-old daughter on a cellphone at Cash Converters.

This newspaper interviewed a source close to the case who made startling revelations which are currently being investigated by Lowvelder. Claims are being made that various high-profile people are involved.

The child is still being kept at a safe home. The couple are out on bail of R2 000 each.
