A head-on collision between two cars left seven people injured on the R37 on Thursday July 9.

LYDENBURG – A head-on collision between two cars left seven people injured on the R37 on Thursday July 9.

Six people were treated and immediately transported to Lydenburg Hospital, three from each vehicle sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious.

One of the patients Mr Kali Masuku, refused to be transported to hospital immediately but he was taken later.

According to a motorist who witnessed the accident, Mr Christo Grobler, it was no one’s fault.

“A driver of a white Polo caused the accident when she decided to overtake two large trucks on a barrier line.”
