Bushbuckridge Residents Association reaches out to the needy

The party did their bit for the needy on International Mandela Day 2015.

Members of the Bushbuckridge Residents Association (BRA) spent their 67 minutes honouring Madiba on Mandela Day in Buffelshoek village.

The party painted a crèche for orphans named Hluvula Busiwana in ward 21. The name means “overcoming poverty”.

The head of the crèche expressed her sincere appreciation to the BRA for choosing them for the assistance.

The party members spent another 67 minutes in Casteel Village (ward 14) with the disabled Given Mahlakoane.

He stays alone in his house and the BRA cleaned his yard. They also donated food parcels and house accessories.

Mahlakoane thanked BRA for uplifting the quality of his life and spending time with him.
