DA shares the love with local communities in honour of Tata
Activities included planting seedlings, renovating and painting of churches and preschools, delivering water to much-needed areas and even donating wheelchairs to the disabled.

Mandela Day in Mbombela was filled with enthusiasm as members and activists of the Democratic Alliance (DA) reached out to various communities as part of their contribution towards 67 minutes for Madiba. Activities included planting seedlings, renovating and painting of churches and preschools, delivering water to much-needed areas and even donating wheelchairs to the disabled.
Nelsville Community Hall’s bathrooms also lacked maintenance for which the Ward 17 branch accepted the challenge. Nelsville Library received donations of books and much-needed groceries and goods were handed over to Huis Bethlehem, Nelspruit Community Forum and Bettys’ Haven. The DA would like to extend their gratitude to all individuals and businesses throughout the city that contributed and assisted them in honouring the legacy of Madiba.
