Miss Sekhukhune district crowned at Cappello
In her acceptance speech Kgwedi thanked her friends and family for their support. She also vowed to represent the district where she was needed.
BURGERSFORT – Cappello was the place to be when local beauties participated in the Miss Sekhukhune District Municipality (SDM) pageant.
The event was attended by officials of the the municipality, including the mayor, Cllr David Magabe.
After hours of parading and wowing the crowds, Obakeng Kgwedi was crowned as Miss Sekhukhune.
In her acceptance speech Kgwedi thanked her friends and family for their support. She also vowed to represent the district where she was needed.
“I will cherish the crown and represent the Sekhukhune region well. This is one of the best things to have happened in my life,” said the thrilled beauty.
