WATERVAL BOVEN – In a tweet sent out just after 7:00 this morning Trac urged motorists to avoid the Ngodwana/Waterval Boven section of the N4 as there are protest actions disrupting traffic.
Motorists are urged to use the Schoemanskloof alternative route. The protesters are gathered between the Nzasm Tunnel and the Five Arch Bridge.
