Mbombela’s golden boy also said his debut album, Love is a verb, was doing great and receiving airplay across the country.

Idols 2016 auditions are starting soon and will be conducted across the country.

Karabo advised contestants to prepare themselves well and show determination. “Copying others will not help you, be your own self and pray to God for help,” said Mogane.

The musician had a busy year last year but promised that once the dust had settled, he would do a big musical concert at Mbombela Stadium. The homecoming concert was held at Mombela Stadium in December. It was organised by Mbombela Local Municipality (MLM).

Karabo invited all of the other contestants with whom he had competed on the show to spice up this big concert.

At the time he said that he wanted to thank everyone for rallying behind him during the competition. “It has always been my dream to give back to people that have given to me, and I plan to do this as soon as everything has settled,” he said.
