BCJ receives generous donation from agency

BCJ is a non-profit organisation (NPO) whose main objective is to enable faster response times when a life-threatening incident or emergency arises within Mbombela. It also provides trauma counselling to families affected by crime.

MBOMBELA – Re/Max Lifestyle Estates Nelspruit donated R26 600 to Bossies Community Justice (BCJ) during a short breakfast meeting on Friday.

BCJ is a non-profit organisation (NPO) whose main objective is to enable faster response times when a life-threatening incident or emergency arises within Mbombela. It also provides trauma counselling to families affected by crime.

According to Mr Rupert Taljaard, founder of Bossies, the organisation is reliant on funds from the public to continue to carry out its duties in the community.

“We are happy to have received this cheque from Re/Max. It will go a long way in streng-thening our commitment to serve the community,” he said.

Mr Maurice Lodewick of Re/Max said the company is glad to be associated with Bossies.

“Re/Max is proud to be able to play a role in assisting an organisation that continues to protect the community at large,” he said.
