How to crack the personality code to minimise inefficiency in business
To help you put the edge back in your business, the GEC is hosting another of its twice-yearly networking sessions and workshops with the famed David Wilkinson next week.

MBOMBELA – Less than one per cent of the population know how to speak the personality language of others.
Miscommunication makes you inefficient, but the Global Equipping Centre (GEC) says help is at hand.
James Rice, managing partner at the GEC South Africa, explained that if you don’t know your personality language or the personality language of others, you will constantly be miscommunicating with personalities different from your own.
“It would lead to you being ineffective and inefficient, lost sales and lost relationships.”
To help you put the edge back in your business, the GEC is hosting another of its twice-yearly networking sessions and workshops with the famed David Wilkinson next week.
Wilkinson, an international speaker and global executive coach of America, is well-known in Mbombela after establishing a branch of his GEC here. The GEC helps businesses to develop their enterprises.
Wilkinson has since moved to Chicago to pursue business interests, but still visits regularly to present workshops and networking sessions. He has been on the public speaking circuit for 18 years, but his knowledge is not theoretical; he walks the talk.
He counts launching 22 multinational companies, generating R300 million in revenue and 20 per cent in net profits on his resume.
Those attending the dynamic networking breakfast on sharpening your marketplace edge are sure to learn how to improve their business’ customer service model, forge relationships to establish life-long customers and develop techniques to ensure signed contracts.
According to Rice the effort one exerts needs to be effective to attract and retain elite customers.
Wilkinson will also be presenting a day-long workshop on increasing your performance by unlocking your personality next week. If you want to understand yourself and others to produce higher results, capture customers through innovative marketing and manage personalities to create an environment conducive to doing business, this is for you.
