LYDENBURG – The first public whiskey tasting by the Highlands Whiskey Club is today.

Highlands Whiskey Club is a whiskey-tasting guild and will be hosted at Café Crust once a month.

The aim of the club is to gain more knowledge on whiskey in a fun and tranquil environment while making new friends andsocialising with old ones. The club was founded in July 2016 by Wicus du Preez (chairman), André du Preez (administrator) and Brian Coetsee (treasurer).

Everyone is welcome to join the group. “The tasting will cost R250 per person and it includes a scrumptious meal.”
