BURGERSFORT – The SAPS at Ohrigstad and Mecklenburg made an appeal to all community members to take note of the Community Service Centre (CSC) vehicle numbers that have recently been announced.
“We urge communities to use the cellphone digits appearing on the vehicles on patrol. These numbers will come in handy when the public has an emergency and spot a police vehicle passing by – they can quickly contact them on that number,” said Ohrigstad police spokesman, Sgt Kholofelo Phokane.
“We would like to encourage the community to save those numbers. We are striving to better the services we bring to them,” added Mecklenburg SAPS’s spokesman, Sgt Kgalake Mampuru.
The numbers are as as follows: Mecklenburg SAPS 079-8896-046 and Ohrigstad SAPS 079-889-4294.
