MECKLENBURG – The local police are investigating a case of a missing person. Phineas Dinkwanyane Ntwampe (18) was last seen at Madifahlane Vllage on July 1. He was seen wearing black jeans, a black tracksuit jacket and black shoes.He has a coffee-coloured complexion and suffers from epilepsy. According Sgt Kgalake Mampuru, spokesman for the Mecklenburg SAPS, he used to play around the shops at the village.Mampuru appealed to the community to assist with finding him.
