Two appear in court for murder of Cefups Academy learner

Two men appeared in court  for the murder of  Paballo Seane (19) who was beaten to death at Cefups Academy four years ago.

MBOMBELA –  Moisela Makafane (51) and Mjokhi J Dlamini (54) appeared in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court on July 26.

Police had re-instated criminal proceedings against them after the matter was struck off the roll on June 26.

Seanne  died in August 2014 at the school after she was a victim of corporal punishment. She was sjambokked for failing a test.

Former principal Simon Mkhatshwa was also charged, but died after a short illness last year.

The case was postponed until August 20.
