Xolile Ngwenya Attorneys ready to serve in Mbombela

Xolile Ngwenya Attorneys opened its doors in May this year in Mbombela while the world faced the global outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Xolile Ngwenya is a bubbly personality who is determined to turn frowns into smiles by giving superior legal services to all those in need.

The energetic attorney is driven by hard work and the desire to be on top of her game in the legal field. It is this drive and ambition that saw her opening her very own practice in Mbombela.

“We are located at 32 Bell Street, office number G16. We operate from 08:00 until 14:00 because of Covid-19. Our offices will close at 16:30 once a Covid-19 vaccine is found and the pandemic contained,” she said.

Ngwenya believes that her approach sets the bar high and sets her apart from other legal practitioners.

“The style in which we render our services is different from others, in so far as the way we approach our clients and their legal issues.

“They are treated as kings and queens. We place the value of the clients above all else by making them feel appreciated and highly prioritised. We work efficiently, with integrity and strongly believe in growing long-lasting relationships with all our clients,” she added.

Ngwenya is eager to restore dignity, trust and hope to the justice system. Her mission is to see justice served without discrimination for those who need it.
“Many times clients who consult with us are at the end of their tether. At Xolile Ngwenya Attorneys we restore hope. This is accompanied by the best outcomes,” she said.
Her passion for law was instilled by her father, who single-handedly raised her and is an attorney at the Pretoria Bar.

“My father is the reason I wanted to become an attorney,” she added. The Lowveld High School alumnus matriculated in 2005 and started pursuing her career through Varsity College and the University of Limpopo, graduating in 2014.

Her work as an intern at the Mpumalanga Legislature’s legal services gave her a head-start as she progressed and served her articles at Nomaswazi Shabangu-Mndawe Attorneys in the city centre. “I gained so much confidence and knowledge while serving my articles under the guidance of my principal, the great stalwart, Nomaswazi Shabangu-Mndawe,” she said

These experiences saw her admitted as an attorney of the High Court last year. She made a name for herself after accepting an invitation from the South African Black Lawyers Association to be the master of ceremonies at the welcoming of Judge President Francis Lekgodi, to his new seat in Mpumalanga.

According to Ngwenya, she remains passionate about serving her clients by holding their hands throughout their legal woes and obtaining favourable judgements.
She also prays steadfastly, which has led her to overcoming many challenges.

“I am cognisant of the fact that many have walked this road and I am not the first, so I borrow from the strength and wisdom of those who came before me. Their advice and encouragement have seen me through challenging times,” she said.
