R40 closed near Bushbuckridge

Traffic on the R40 near Injaka Dam, between Hazyview and Bushbuckridge, is being diverted due to an overturned truck this morning.
Motorists are urged to avoid this route until it has been cleared.
Traffic is being diverted around Bushbuckridge on the R533 and is returning to the R40 just south of Injaka Dam.

Moeti Mmusi, liaison of the Department of Community Safety and Security, says the cause of the accident is still unknown.
No one was injured.
