Busy day at Perry’s Bridge Farm Market
Many people from Hazyview and surrounds came to enjoy the Perry's Bridge Farm Market held at Elephant Whispers on Saturday August 7.
The market started at 09:00 and ended well after the planned closing time of 13:00 due to the many people attending.

The stallholders sold food, drinks, art and appliances.

The marketgoers enjoyed live music in the heat of the day.

With the Covid restrictions eased down from level 4 to 3, people had the opportunity to visit the market with family and friends and could enjoy a fresh drink or two and a meal under the shade of the trees.

“The number of people who attended this weekend’s market left us in awe and we could not have been more grateful for the support.

With the fun everyone had, the worries about Covid almost seemed non-existent at the time,” said Keith Howie, the organiser of Perry’s Farm Market.

The market is usually held every last Saturday of the month, but due to the Covid restrictions experienced in late July, it was postponed to this past Saturday.
