Some local businesswomen came together to plan for 2022 during the first South African Council for Businesswomen (SACBW) Nelspruit networking session. This monthly event was held at Southern Sun Emnotweni on Thursday February 10.

Tracy-Erin Duggan of the council said it was a networking session where like-minded businesswomen shared their visions. “We were making business plans for the year and mapping out our dreams by creating a vision board to help us reach our goals. We have to set goals for the year.”

Estelle Roe from the organisation gave a presentation on steps to follow when creating a vision board. “The first step is to plan out your board. Take some time to carefully consider the message you want your board to convey and how you want your vision board to look.

“When creating such a board, you should know the true wishes and desires you want to reflect on your vision board. It can be your values, career and business goals, family life and/or love life, finances, health, bucket list and many more. Remember to note your answers before you begin selecting your images.”
