Possible protests to hinder access to KNP’s Phabeni and Paul Kruger gates
The Kruger National Park management has said it is aware of the possible protest, as is the Mpumalanga police and the Lowveld Security Joint Operations Command.

It has been reported that there will be planned community protest action tomorrow, November 21 that will affect the Phabeni and Paul Kruger gates of the Kruger National Park.
A statement regarding the action was posted on the South African National Parks Facebook page.

“Please note that the SAPS has been notified and updates will be posted as received. For now, both gates remain accessible to enter and exit the park,” said the statement.
The statement urged guests to follow its Twitter and Facebook group for updates.
The Lowveld Security Joint Operations Command is also aware of the possible protest and will be monitoring the situation.
