Exploring Gustav Klingbiel the Jimny way
Wildlife and a museum are part of the Gustav Klingbiel Nature Reserve's charm.

The Suzuki Lowveld 4×4 Club from Mbombela explored the vast and beautiful Gustav Klingbiel Nature Reserve on November 20, also the day of its year-end function. About 17 Suzuki Jimnys took part.
According to the Lydenburg Museum’s curator, JP Celliers, the aim of the event was to promote and market the museum and the reserve’s attributes to the visitors. Part of the Gustav Klingbiel Nature Reserve, adjacent to the Long Tom Pass, is home to various species of antelope. Other animals like zebras and giraffes can also be regularly spotted. The reverse is a bird watcher’s paradise. Over 200 species of birds have been recorded there.
The club ended its off-road outing with lunch at Hops Hollow Brewery, the highest brewery above sea level in South Africa.
