The House brings more groove to Kaapsehoop

Mbombela band The House spent the afternoon at Bohemian Groove Café in Kaapsehoop, playing great music for an enthusiastic audience.

Music and food lovers had a dreamy afternoon of delicious food and soulful jams at the Bohemian Groove Café on Sunday, September 24.

Mbombela band, The House, beautifully executed a range of songs, presenting a stellar performance for the appreciative audience. Each set was followed by hearty applause – it was the perfect way to spend Heritage Day weekend, indeed.

The House’s lead singer, Gugu Mamba, said although the band was just 10 months old, the group had performed several times at Bohemian Groove before. “We really enjoy playing at the venue, and there is always a nice mix of young and old in the audience,” she said.

Mamba said she felt the crowd enjoyed their afternoon and the music.
