Christmas was made merrier by Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine

Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine (DCM) ensured the needy and vulnerable families surrounding it enjoyed a merrier Christmas and a happy New Year, as the festive period is a time of giving.

“DCM is proud to have supported this tradition of giving by donating 67 food hampers to different households in the nearby communities,” said the DCM’s communications officer, Nthabiseng Thiba.

“Understanding that food prices and the cost of living increase every year, many households are finding it difficult to make ends meet. The DCM initiated this heartfelt annual donation to spread love and compassion, and to make an impact in the lives of its community members by providing them with adequate nutrition for their overall health during the holidays.”

All the households received the food hampers with love, and extended their gratitude to DCM.
