Music, poetry and art were at the order of the day at Rimer’s Creek on Saturday during the third Picnic in the Park and according to Andrea Botha from Friends of the Barberton Daisy, it was absolutely amazing to witness all the local talent.

Various genres like poetry, music and numerous exhibitions were on offer as well as food stalls and a farmers market. This picnic is held on the last Saturday of each month and the day is always jam-packed with entertainment.

Good news is that the whole family is welcome to bring along a picnic blanket and enjoy a relaxing day outdoors. Barbertonians are invited to please support this flea-market and arts event as it is something unique to our town.
