Topolino’s restaurant at Perry’s bridge celebrated its first birthday on Friday, March 28. It was a real fest with free focaccia for each table and a free beer or wine on arrival. The tables were decorated in a real birthday spirit with hats, masks and colourful balloons. The atmosphere was welcoming and you could smell the pizza was in the air.
Owner Johan Fick greeted the guests personally at the entrance and made them feel welcome and special. Malcolm Sands provided live entertainment while everyone had a fabulous time.
Two promotional girls, Chantel and Christel van Niekerk, and Fanus Cloete promoted the new Amarula Gold which has just been released on the market.
Johan Fick told the Hazyview Herald that a year ago his uncle, Willem Fick Sr, gave him the opportunity to open and run Topolinos. “Today I am very grateful to my uncle and very proud to have such a successful business. I also want to thank the community for their support throughout the year, “said Fick.
