On May 19, top performing agents of Pam Golding were honoured for their outstanding achievements. This was during their annual Gold Club gala dinner which this year took place at Madame Zingara at Monte Casino in Sandton.
Although Pam Golding Properties Nkomazi falls in the petite category of the group, agents and staff of these branches did exceptionally well.
This year, Barbertonian, Patience Mnisi, received Gold Club status.
Principal of Pam Golding, Nkomazi, Gerhard van Niekerk, said he was looking forward to the rest of the year as the residential property market was showing signs of a healthy recovery, having slowly but steadily recuperated from the recession of 2008.
Out of the Nkomazi group, Komatipoort and Marloth Park’s Alta Triegaardt received Elite Gold Club 5 Year status. She also received the award for the top average percentage commission negotiated. A nomination went to Venica Mienie, also of the Nkomazi group, for administrator of the year.
“The number of units sold during the past financial year doubled from units sold in 2008. Sales volumes are increasing and we experience a shortage of stock in the bottom end and the middle segment of the market. We have a dedicated well-trained team, striving for excellence,” said Van Niekerk.
