MBOMBELA – Sanca Lowveld has expressed grave concern over the legalising, under certain circumstances, of dagga. The Western Cape High Court made the landmark ruling on April 3, declaring that it was an infringement of constitutional rights to ban the use of dagga by adults in private homes.

Sanca Lowveld manager Ms Marina Erasmus is very worried the effect this may have. “Dagga is the most researched, googled, notorious plant on earth,” she told Lowvelder.
