VIDEO: Searching for noise pollution in the city
The newspaper, along with TJ Maré en Ettiene Maree, drove around town on Saturday evening monitoring noise levels.
After many complaints about heavy noise over the weekends, Lowvelder decided to investigate.
Along with TJ Maré and Ettiene Maree, the newspaper visited places of entertainment in town to monitor the noise they make. The pair are member of a CPF-task team that was established to find the source of noise pollution.

It was found that Coyotes in Brander Street and News Café were the culprits, and that because News Café played music on their veranda, it travelled into the hills of town.
