She had the following tips for a safer community:
- More security:
“I would urge the community to beef up the security at their homes and make sure they are safe.” - Car safety:
“Don’t only lock your car with a remote control and then walk away. Criminals jam the central locking signal and then they have the ability to steal from your car. Also do not leave valuable things lying around in your car.” - Money safety:
“Be vigilant when withdrawing money from an ATM and do not carry a lot of cash with you when walking around in the street.” - Internet safety:
“Beware of internet fraud and be careful not to be lured into schemes.” - Report:
“People must report any and all crimes to the police so that we can work together to resolve crime.”
