PPE Technologies show Uplands Outreach pupils a brighter tomorrow

For a fifth consecutive year PPE Technologies supported the educational activities of Uplands Outreach and hosted 18 top maths learners from Zikodze and Guduza secondary schools for a day of on-site experiential learning, career guidance and motivation.

These aspiring young maths learners were treated to a morning of presentations and demonstrations at PPE Technologies’ head office in Mbombela, covering topics like electrical engineering, career guidance, study tips, and a tour of the impressive PPE Technologies facilities and equipment.

PPE Technologies is an integrated electrical engineering organisation focused on supplying high technology products, systems and solutions to mining operations, utilities and industry.

Uplands Outreach is an educational non-profit organisation attached to Uplands Preparatory and College focused on boosting educational outcomes in the Insikazi School Circuit.

Dr Nicky de Bruyn, director of Uplands Outreach, said they remain grateful to PPE Technologies for their generous support over the past five years, since Uplands Outreach depends on the ongoing goodwill and generosity of organisations such as them to grow and thrive.
