MEC Mandla Msibi in court again on Wednesday for bail application
After court proceedings were postponed today, the MEC is expected to appear tomorrow.
ANC member of the Mpumalanga Executive Committee, Mandla Msibi, will spent a second night is jail.
Msibi has been charged with two counts of murder and one of attempted murder for his alleged role in an incident during September in which two people were shot and killed.
Msibi (45) is the MEC for the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land and Environmental Affairs in Mpumalanga.

Msibi handed himself over to the police, accompanied by his lawyer, Coert Jordaan, on Monday.
Two other suspects, Njabulo Dennis Mkhonto and Cyril Mnisi, also handed themselves over. This brings the number of persons arrested in connection with the case to five.
The bail application was postponed to 11:00 tomorrow (Thursday).
Premier Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane will be holding a press conference to address the matter tonight.
Two other suspects, Joseph Charlie Ngwenya (35) and Tshepo Matsane (30), appeared in court earlier and were release on bail of R20 000 each.
They will appear in court on December 6.
