Here’s a look at this week’s weather in the Lowveld

Cool to warm weather alongside some rain can be expected for the rest of the week.

The Lowveld experienced a rainy start to the week with showers and thunderstorms over large parts of Mpumalanga.

According to the South African Weather Service, there is a chance for rain for the remainder of the week.

There is a 60% chance for showers and thundershowers on Tuesday (October 26) in the early morning and then again in the late afternoon. Temperatures will be warm, ranging between 25 and 27 degrees Celsius.

On Wednesday (October 27) drizzle is expected in the morning, followed by a 30% chance for thundershowers in the afternoon. It will be cool to warm with temperatures ranging between 23 and 25 degrees Celsius.

From Thursday (October 28), there will be a 30% chance for afternoon thundershowers throughout the weekend. Warm conditions are expected with temperatures ranging between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius.
