Frost with a lot of blues on the menu

Albert Frost, a one man band and master of blues, entertained an intimate crowd at Yoons Eatery on October 22.

The blues was present in all its glory at Yoons Eatery on Friday evening.

Albert Frost, a one man band and master of blues, entertained the intimate crowd with covers of his favourite artists and, of course, his own songs.

Henriette and Chris Basson.

The set-up gave each person a near-front row seat to Frost’s brilliance. One could only sit in awe of his “multi-tasking” as he looped one guitar and picked up the next, all while not missing a single verse of vocals.

He mentioned that he had not been in the Lowveld for nearly two years and that it was amazing to be back.  Previously, he has been seen gracing the Innibos stages and the White River Barnyard quite a few years ago.

“Thank you to Yoons for creating the opportunity where people can just sit and enjoy music.

“Ag man, I enjoyed it so much. In this setting, people are attentive. They appreciate what is happening and that makes it super special.”
