The popular Market at Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre was once again well supported on Saturday April 13.

This monthly Lowveld market has become known for its large selection of authentic home-made products and delectable foods.

The market’s organiser, Peta de Wet, said, “We had a gorgeous market day with beautiful weather and it was very well attended. Lots of people brought their dogs, kids had their faces painted, and a few stalls even sold out. It’s always encouraging to have support from the local community.”

De Wet added that as usual, they were fully booked with something for everyone’s taste.

The purpose of these markets is to promote quality Lowveld products and small businesses on the first Sunday of each month.

Home-made preserves, psychedelic kaftans and other clothing, as well as ethereal dreamcatchers were sold alongside delicious eats and handmade crafts.
