A multi-vehicle accident occurred at the entrance of the Lydenburg Medical Centre today, August 6, after the driver of a Ford Ranger reportedly suffered an epileptic seizure behind the wheel.
According to eyewitnesses, the Ranger, which was towing a trailer, skipped the three-way stop at the intersection of Viljoen and Sentraal streets before colliding with a black VW Polo.
The driver of the Ranger then lost control of the vehicle, slamming into a blue Kia that was parked on the left side of Viljoen Street before the entrance to the centre.
