WATCH | National Botanical Garden’s waterfalls steal the show in Mbombela

Gushing waterfalls, fuller dams, and fast-flowing rivers have transformed the Lowveld into a true water wonderland after recent persistent rainfall.

The character of the garden is defined by the two major rivers that run through it, the Crocodile and the Nels.

Before converging inside the garden, the rivers create dramatic, spectacular waterfalls that can be admired from the Cascades and Nels viewpoints.
