TAKE NOTICE that by way of summons issued out of this Court under case number

0765/2024 you have been called upon to give notice, within 30 (THIRTY) days after publication hereof, to the Clerk of the above Honourable Court and to the Plaintiff`s attorney at andre@odbb.co.za, or Oosthuizen du Toit Berg & Boon Inc. Attorneys c/o Heyns Attorneys, Cidea Tree Office Park, 88 Viljoen Street, Office 1, Lydenburg (Mashishing), notice of your intention to defend (if any) in an action wherein the Plaintiff, IMAS FINANCE (CO- OPERATIVE) LIMITED (FORMERLY IEMAS FINANCIAL SERVICES (CO-OPERATIVE) LIMITED), a co- operative with limited liability, duly registered and incorporated in terms of the company laws of the Republic of South Africa, and registered as a credit provider as defined in terms of Section 40 of the National Credit Act, 34 of 2005, having its principal place of business at Imas Park, Corner Embankment Road and Kwikkie Street, Centurion, Pretoria claims: –

1.1. Payment of the sum of

R72 780.13;

1.2. Interest thereon at the prevailing variable rate of 27.25% per annum, calculated daily and debited monthly as from 13 November 2024 to date of payment in full, both days inclusive;

1.3. Costs of the suit on a scale as between attorney and client; and

1.4 Further and / or alternative relief.

TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that if you fail to give such notice, judgment may be granted against you without further reference to you.
