NOTICE LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION NOTICE IN TERMS OF THE NKOMAZI SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW, 2015.
We, as Moja Development Planners Pty Ltd have lodged a land development application in terms of Section 62 and 63 of the Nkomazi By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2015 for the re-advertisement of the Rezoning and removal of restrictive Conditions on Erf 1387 Marloth Park Holiday Township. Rezoning from “Residential 1” to “Tourism”. The intention and purpose is to formalize the lodge consisting of four dwelling unit`s. Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Office of the Senior Town Planner, Dept.
