COURT ORDER
Having read the documents filed of record, Heard Counsel and considered the matter, I make the following Order:
1. The rule nisi granted on
25 May 2026 is confirmed.
2. The dissolution of the First Respondent (“Vukani”) is declared void in terms of Section 83(4) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008.
3.The CIPC is directed to restore Vukani`s name to the register of companies.
4. The assests of Vukani are declared no longer bona vacantia and are re-vested in the First Respondent.
5. The liabilities of Vukani, immediately prior to its dissolution, are declared to be re-vested in the First Respondent.
6. Costs are reserved for adjudication during the hearing of Part B of this application.
7.The Applicant is granted leave to approach the Honourable Court for the relief in terms of Part B on these papers, duly amplified, if necessary.
