INFORM NGWEKAZI BUSINESS ENTERPRISE a close corporation duly registered in accordance with the company laws of the Republic of South Africa, with its principal place of business at Plot 161, Burnside, Nelspruit, 1200, Mpumalanga Province. (Hereinafter referred to as the Defendant)

THAT MASHININI CAD DRAUGHTING, a business duly registered and carrying on operations in architectual and draughting services at No. 11 Sarel Cilliers Street, Sonheuwel, Nelspruit, in the Mpumalanga Province. (Herinafter referred to as the Plaintiff).

HEREBY institutes an action against them in which action the plaintiff claims the relief on the grounds set out in the particulars of claim attached hereto.

INFORM the Defendant further that if the Defendant disputes the claim and wishes to defend the action they shall;
