NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE THABA CHWEU BY-LAW ON SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT
I Khetha Khoza of Greenbelt Consulting Pty (Ltd), on behalf of the registered owner of Portion 30 of the Farm Rooidraai, located along the R540 road, hereby gives notice that we have lodged a land development application under reference SC/247 in terms of the Thaba Chweu By-Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2016 for Special Consent in order to allow for Agricultural Use. A copy of the application and supporting documents is available for viewing during normal office hours at the office of the Municipality Manager and the Town Planner: Thaba Chweu Municipality, Lydenburg offices, Cnr Central & Viljoen Street, Lydenburg, 1120. Written comments or objections together with reasons therefore in respect of the application must be submitted in the prescribed format to: 30, 1st floor, Lydenburg Civic Center, Cnr Central & Viljoen Street, Lydenburg or emailed to townplanner@tclm.gov.za not later than 30 October 2026. The format for the comments or objections is available from the Town Planner at the above-mentioned address. Any person who cannot read or write may consult any staff member of the Town Planning Division during office hours and assistance will be given to transcribe that person`s comments or objections.
