Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the
issue of a certified copy of Certificate of Registered Title T43680/1993 passed by: Dykrus (Eiendoms Beperk),
Nr 82/6158/07 (now described as 1982/006158/07) in favour of: Dykrus (Eiendoms Beperk), Nr 82/6158/07 (now described as 1982/006158/07) in respect of certain: Erf 4 Dykrus Township, JT Transvaal (now JT Mpumalanga), Measuring 4,1728 hectares (now subdivided and described as Portion 24 of Erf 4 Dykrus Township, measuring 1041 square metres, Portion 55 of Erf 4 Dykrus Township, measuring 96 square metres, Portion 59 of Erf 4 Dykrus Township, measuring 293 square metres, and Portion 69 of Erf 4 Dykrus Township, measuring 188 square metres) which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Mbombela, situated at 25 Bell Street Mbombela, within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
