Kick-boxing spectacular keeps audience on the edge of their seats

The fighters delivered an action-packed evening for lovers of kick-boxing during the second annual White River Kickboxing Fight Night recently held in Hoërskool Rob Ferreira’s hall.

Twelve full contact and two light contact fights had spectators shouting their voices hoarse. The organisers say the spectators were sitting on the edge of the seats and believe it was one of Mpumalanga’s best kick-boxing events yet.

The fight night was preceeded by a kick-boxing tournament for around 70 fighters, held throughout the morning. Fighters from Valhalla in Gauteng, Middelburg XKT, Secunda, Nelspruit Kickboxing Gym, Lowveld Fight Club, Barberton Extreme Kickboxing, Wolves Martial Arts and White River Kickboxing competed for glory.

The organisers would like to thank all the participants, their coaches and parents as well as the sponsors and supporter businesses who had a hand in the success of the event.
