Four titles in a row for Tessa

The bodybuilder from Hazyview, Tessa Els was the winner for the fourth consecutive year of the Nabba Pretoria Classics Universe qualifier. She competed in the 65- to 70 kilograms extreme body weight category.
“I was in a very good condition and physique, the best I have been in four years, thanks to my coach, Victor Alley,” said Els.
She also placed first in last year’s provincials and is currently training for the next Nabba provincials in Secunda to be held later this year. “A huge shout-out to Tanja Heunes from Color Studio who always makes sure I look my best and to my husband and son who is always there to support me. Without them, I wouldn’t be able to give my best.”
