WMA boasts more than 25 students for worlds

More than 25 students of the Wolves Martial Arts Academy (WMA) have been selected to represent South Africa at the 2018 Tang Soo Do World Championships that will take place in London, England. 

Brandon Britz, Carmolieta Vermeulen, Chelsea Seymore, Christopher Wilken, Elani de Wet, Gerhard van Tonder and Raymond Britz have been chosen for the senior Protea team, Jakobus Meyer, Luke de Bruin, Marco Belo, Roux Burger and Tiaan Shwirzer will be in action for the junior Protea team.

The Presidents Development team comprises Abigail de Beer, Brandon de Kock, Christelle de Beer, Danielle Belo, Gerhard Oosthuizen, Hugo Smit, Jean Lotter, Jean-Lee de Wet, Linique Joubert, Lloyd Shigange, Mea Vermeulen, Miquette Rosslee, Monica de Villiers, Ryane Bushby, Sherissa Ras and Tiago Belo.

“I am so proud of these students. It has been a long and hard year, and all their hard work paid off,” said Awie Davis of WMA.
