Pumas set to host Bulls in quarters
The iCollege Pumas were rewarded with a home SuperSport Challenge quarter-final against the Vodacom Blue Bulls, for finishing on the top of the log table.
The match will be played on Saturday.
The Pumas and Tafel Lager Griquas will host this weekend’s play-off fixtures on their home grounds while the other four contestants will have to travel to the Sisha Dukashe Stadium in East London.

The Pumas are the only team to be victorious in all their fixtures this season and they will play the Bulls, who finished in eighth place.
They were in the proverbial driving seat in the second half, beating the Hino Valke 58-29 at Longdale on Sunday but only after a first-half scare by the Valke, who led 22-14 shortly before the break.
Stalwart flanker of the Pumas, Nardus van der Walt had to leave the field early due to a hamstring injury. He will be out for the remainder of the season.

Scorers:
Pumas: Tries – Marko Janse van Rensburg (3), Le Roux Roets, Ryan Nell, Willie Engelbrecht, Devon Williams, Jeandré Rudolph. Conversions – Chris Smith (6). Penalties: Smith (2).
