Stay healthy for Christmas – wash your hands! That’s our tip this week, as many succumb to flu and stomach bugs. Keeping your hands clean really is the best defense.
Remember to get enough sleep every night – 6 hours should be a minimum target.
Stock up on vitamin C. For those who are spending these festive days next to a swimming pool or at the ocean, pack a few oranges and berries and snack away.
