MTN rolls eyes at customer complaint on Twitter
MTN replied to a frustrated customer's tweet by posting an animated image of a little girl rolling her eyes. Cell C was quick to capitalise on the situation.

When Nick v d H (@elNicko_Za) tweeted on Wednesday that he was unhappy with the level of service and support that he got from MTN, the mobile operator was quick to respond with a rather condescending image of a little girl rolling her eyes.

Cell C caught on to this quite quickly and offered the disgruntled customer a contract buyout.

One after the other dumbstruck MTN customer got canvased by Cell C and as comments rolled in about the eye rolling comment, MTN was nowhere to be seen in the rest of the conversation.
