Gerald Clark’s show mesmerises the crowd

Before starting with the performance, the troubadour took photos and interacted with the guests.

LYDENBURG – Gerald Clark recently wowed residents with an outstanding performance at JamJar Lounge.

He is an accomplished South African musician, famous for a talent of telling stories with his music.

Clark is well known for singing blues, folk and rock – and doing it well. His music is a clear cut above the rest and his current Fire Tour showcases exactly that.

Before starting with the performance, the troubadour took photos and interacted with the guests.

The show was unique, the atmosphere electric and the music everything that the public had been craving for.

According to Clark, Lydenburg is like home away from home.

“I’ve been to this small town before and every time I visit, I am impressed with the growth I see. I always look forward to performing for this town’s residents. It amazes me to see what JamJar Lounge is doing. It is a very nice place that gives artists great exposure. Not only to the well-known ones, but to those who really need it.”

The artist did not only give a performance of note, he surprised locals with his new look.

“I decided to cut my hair. I could not stand the heat when I was travelling on the road to different countries, so I decided it was time for a change. Some people are still adjusting to my new look.”
