In a video, a crying Zodwa Wabantu lauds Mokonyane and adds she had met her inspiration.

Wabantu said she never thought her dream of wanting to meet Mokonyane would ever come true. “My dreams, my dreams are here,” Wabantu said, looking at Mokonyane.

Mokonyane replied by saying she represented every woman. “You are who you are out of your choice and [they] must respect it. Keep it that way.”

The minister highlighted Zodwa’s uniqueness and sealed the heart-to-heart moment with a kiss.
