The deputy president has made an impact on Twitter after he started sharing his thoughts on a variety of issues ranging from corruption, vote buying to the recently commemorated Aids day.

On leadership Ramaphosa said strong leadership was imperative and that leaders should serve the poor

On vote buying, Ramaphosa said members should never betray their branch


Unity was key and the conference was instrumental in enabling that

Ramaphosa wants the Joburg metro back in the hands of the ANC

The businessman said employment was a priority and that young people should find jobs and work

Ramaphosa said he was nominated by his branch to be the ANC presidential candidate, however he was still considering the offer

Ramaphosa in lead but this is why analysts caution there is no clear winner ahead of ANC conference
